Just off the entrance hall is a large kitchen/breakfast room which is fully equipped with a Rayburn stove, Smeg fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave and washing machine. The large refectory table seats six comfortably.
Stable doors lead out from the kitchen onto a loggia with table and chairs for outside dining and a delightful south facing enclosed courtyard garden. There is a garden shed for storing crabbing lines, fishing rods, bikes and the barbecue.
The front door leads into a hallway, off which is a beautifully furnished sitting room with squashy sofas around a wonderful log burning stove.
There is also an LCD flat screen TV, DVD and CD player, and selection of books, games, DVDs and CDs. This room is full of character and remains cosy in the winter months and bright and airy in the summer.
Upstairs, there is a lovely bathroom with a bath and power shower (soap from the famous local Soap Company, and other bath products provided) and two spacious double bedrooms. A hairdryer is provided.
The luxurious Master Bedroom is furnished in a French style, with beautiful fittings, antique chandelier, silk drapes, fine bed linen and an en-suite shower room with power shower.
The second bedroom is designed with a nautical feel, inspired by our other cottage, Bosun's Rest The room is light and bright with twin beds and crisp cotton bed linen.
